As a plan which I have over the next year to establish a Junto at my company with coworkers to discuss all things which we are involved, and maybe start a movement of Junto.
What is a Junto, well the word Junto simply means meeting. The Junto in America was started by Benjamen Franklin, who was seeking to learn from the leverage of experience of others, and inturn building safe place for discussion of philosophy and ideas.
In an effort to modernize this concept, I've adapted the original meetings points of discussion to more modern settings, and established rules in which these meetings will be held.
